I’ve taught at a wide variety of venues including retreats, studios, private parties, mental health clinics, churches, government organizations and businesses, gyms, hospitals and Jones Wellness Ranch. I’ve taught various workshops and classes on guided imagery, empowerment, mindfulness & meditation.

I have studied yoga in Costa Rica, Wisconsin, Minnesota, New Mexico, Texas, & DC at yoga studios and workshops, learning a wide-variety of styles.
